If the closing batch is completed at or after 8:00 PM EST, the deposit will be processed within 48 hours later. To ensure deposits are made within the 24-hour window, businesses must close their daily batch on time—before 8:00 PM EST. By following this simple step, businesses can ensure their funds are transferred promptly and without delay.

What About Weekends?

It’s important to clarify that deposits are not processed over the weekend, and will only begin processing on Monday. For weekends, the same process applies, but with a few key differences. If the daily batch is closed on Friday before 8:00 PM EST, the deposit will be processed and received by your business bank account on Monday. However, if the batch is closed at or after 8:00 PM EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the bank will receive the batch on Monday, and the deposit will be made to your business bank account on Tuesday.
